Starting February 15, there will be changes to the Integrilla service:

Price changes
Tariff rates have remained unchanged since May 2022. The market is changing, and this is evident in everything: taxes are rising, prices are increasing.

More benefits
The autosender is linked to your account rather than to a specific group of channels; free omnichannel chat and basic autosender functionality are available to all users.

The cost of some channels will increase (but some will decrease)

Increasing prices is a difficult but necessary decision in order to provide high-quality and stable services. Below are the changes in prices for popular channels/services with monthly payment starting from February 15:

Numbered channels: WhatsApp, Telegram
(current price €14,90 per channel)
– €19,90 per month per channel, when paying for one numbered channel;
– €16,90 per month per channel, when paying for two numbered channels;

Autosender
(current price €19,90)
– from €0 per month (on the Base plan).

Instagram
(current price €15)
– €7,90 per month.

A number channel is a messenger that sends messages via phone number.
A discount for a one-time payment for several number channels will be applied automatically on the payment page.

You can lock in current prices before the increase

Until February 15, you can set up automatic payments for the necessary channels/services, locking in the current price. When you link your card, the next payment will be made at the current price.

By increasing the cost, we increase the usefulness

All users will have access to the basic functionality of the autosender. More details about the Base plan are provided below.

Now autosender module is linked not to a specific group of channels, but to the entire account: you can send messages via the autosender from any group of channels without having to pay for the module for each group.

Every user has access to a free omnichannel chat in their personal account, in a separate browser window, or through a Chrome-based browser extension with the ability to customize user roles.

By increasing the cost, we increase the usefulness

Three pricing plans will be available in the mailing module: base, pro, and max.

Base (free)
1 one-time distribution to one channel based on a database of up to 1,000 contacts at an average sending interval.

Pro (€29,90 per month)
Up to 5 parallel distributions with the option of cascading distribution across a database of up to 10,000 contacts at any interval except 1 minute. Additional features: AI-syntax support, auto-start and auto-stop, configuration of up to 20 regular auto-distributions.

Max (€59,90 per month)
Up to 100 parallel distributions with the option of cascading distribution to a database of up to 100,000 contacts at any distribution interval. Additional features: all features included in the Standard plan, extended message status display (delivered, sent), automatic resending of undelivered messages, automatic blacklisting.
